Espectaculos Y Celebridades on Azteca Chicago Hosted by Ruth Diaz is producing media coverage the latest events and entertainment within Chicago and it's surrounding community. The entertainment television show which began airing in September 2014 on Azteca Chicago every Tuesday at 11:00PM, has covered special events in the Chicago Latino Community as part of Espectaculos y Celebridades' initiative to raise awareness of “La Esencia del Exito” or the "Essence of Success". A message to the young viewers on how to achieve success through the examples and standards set by local mentors and international celebrities. The show's host Ruth Diaz, has interviewed countless celebrities such as iconic salsa singer Marc Anthony, legendary band Los Tigres Del Norte, Elefante, Joan Sebastian, Paquita la del Barrio, Guadalupe Pineda, Don Pedro Rivera, Chiquis Rivera, Tribal Monterrey, young bachata start Karlos Rose, Angel y Khris, comedian Adal Ramones, Fernando Arau, american actor William H. Macy, Alexis y Fido, Tobby Love. Along with Azteca personalities such as  Veronica del Castillo, Mauricio Islas, Don Pedro Rivera, and Daniel Elbittar. In addition to professional boxers Canelo Alvarez and Oscar de la Hoya, Italian singer Zucchero, David Haro, Kapaz de la Sierra, Brazeros Musicales, Alktraz and many more during the initial season of Espectaculos y Celebridades in Chicago.
